2022-2023 REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY

All registration refunds for TUALATIN YOUTH BASKETBALL are reviewed by the Organizations administrators.   Our stated policy is as follows-  Full Refunds are offered prior to practice starting at any division and Partial Refunds are offered  prior to games starting at any division.  Once games begin  any refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, we reserve the right to adjust registration refunds based on uncontrollable outcomes during the season.  Any and all decisions will follow a fair and reasonable process to arrive at an equitable solution for all involved parties.

PRIVACY POLICY
